CSC Holdings Limited a leading public listed foundation and geotechnical engineering specialist in Singapore invites good calibre candidates who are willing to embrace challenges in an expanding organization to apply for the following position(s):


Responsibilities:

  • Operate service crane as assigned
  • Perform routine and basic daily check before and after operating the assigned crane
  • Inspect crane for defective parts and notify supervisor of defects or malfunction
  • Collaborate with team members on-site to complete assigned tasks efficiently
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety rules and regulations
  • Any other ad-hoc assigned as deemed necessary for the role

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience operating cranes
  • BCA Certificate of Successful Completion - Crawler Crane Operations
  • Must possess valid Crawler Crane License
  • Able to execute work instructions independently
  • 6 working days per week

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Manager in the planning, design and day to day running of Geotechnical Engineering projects
  • Prepare design calculations and technical drawings for the projects
  • Determine operation requirements and assist Project Manager in preparing schedule
  • Liaise with sub-contractors and consultants for the execution of works
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects in accordance with schedule
  • Update project records for reporting purposes and submission
  • Attend site meetings and resolve technical/operational issues
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by Project Manager relating to project execution

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant bored piling works experience in a similar capacity
  • Fresh Graduates candidates may be considered
  • Able to work in a fast-paced work environment and have a passion in Foundation/Geotechnical Engineering works
  • A good team player

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the organisation, planning and execution of projects assigned
  • Lead project team in day-to-day operations
  • Monitor project budget
  • Liaise with consultants, main contractors, clients, and relevant authorities
  • Chair and attend site meetings
  • Supervise and monitor the site labour force and the work of subcontractors
  • Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on-site
  • Resolve site related technical/operational issues

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline, recognized by Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore
  • At least 10 years' relevant experience in Bored Piling Works
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to deliver in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing and managing daily workshop and store operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and procedures
  • Ensure accurate tracking, issuance, and timely return of tools and equipment
  • Monitor the movement, usage, and condition of tools, spare parts, and consumables to minimize equipment downtime
  • Ensure proper storage, organization, and safe handling of all equipment and materials in accordance with company policies and safety regulations
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, repairs, and equipment status to management
  • Support the Project Team by coordinating and facilitating project-related material and equipment requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in workshop/store coordination, preferably within the bored pile or construction industry
  • Possess WSQ Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) or other relevant safety certifications
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and management
  • Knowledge of construction or bored pile equipment, tools and maintenance workflow is an advantage
  • Strong ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams under tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Assist project sites in implementing and maintaining site safety plans
  • Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) legal and other regulatory requirements and actively promote the company's WSH programmes
  • Liaise with MOM on safety matters, including factory permit applications and other statutory compliance requirements
  • Advise and assist the Project Manager in identifying and assessing foreseeable risks arising from work activities or processes
  • Recommend and implement risk control measures to eliminate or minimise hazards at the workplace
  • Develop and review safe work procedures tailored to soil investigation and construction-related activities
  • Conduct regular site safety audits and inspections
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and recommend preventive measures to avoid recurrence
  • Report and follow up on injuries, damages, and losses incurred
  • Monitor corrective and preventive actions taken by relevant parties to address non-conformities
  • Ensure all health and safety policies and operational control procedures are strictly adhered to by staff, workers, and subcontractors
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Registered with MOM as Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO)
  • Possess MOM-recognized certificates in Workplace Safety and Health
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in construction projects (especially in pilling or other related foundation works)
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice
