CSC Holdings Limited a leading public listed foundation and geotechnical engineering specialist in Singapore invites good calibre candidates who are willing to embrace challenges in an expanding organization to apply for the following position(s):


Responsibilities:

  • Handling the finance and accounts matters of an operating subsidiary company.
  • Reviewing company‚Äôs monthly management accounts and schedules.
  • Preparing monthly management presentation and financial reports.
  • Preparing cash flow projections and budgets.
  • Assist in preparing quarterly SGX results announcements and year end annual reports.
  • Assist in preparing quarterly group tax computation and submission of annual ECI.
  • Assist in corporate matters.
  • Liaise with bankers, auditors and tax agents.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with minimum 3 years post-qualifying experience.
  • Prior experience in preparing financial reports and budgets and with audit experience would be preferred.
  • Familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and Corporate Tax statutory requirement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and knowledge of ACCPAC would be preferred.
  • Meticulous and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in construction and engineering environment would be an added advantage.
  • Good and stable track record of employment.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for monthly management of accounts closing.
  • Handle GL accounts for a subsidiary.
  • Review AR and AP accounts.
  • Prepares quarterly GST report and GST related matters.
  • Prepare the weekly cash flow report.
  • Able to supervise junior staff to meet work quality and dateline.
  • Liaise with operations, customers, suppliers, auditor, tax agents & bankers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 3-5 years working commercial experience or 2-3 years audit experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and knowledge of ACCPAC would be preferred.
  • Meticulous and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
  • Candidates who are able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred.
