Responsibilities:
- Operate service crane as assigned
- Perform routine and basic daily check before and after operating the assigned crane
- Inspect crane for defective parts and notify supervisor of defects or malfunction
- Collaborate with team members on-site to complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Ensure strict compliance with safety rules and regulations
- Any other ad-hoc assigned as deemed necessary for the role
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience operating cranes
- BCA Certificate of Successful Completion - Crawler Crane Operations
- Must possess valid Crawler Crane License
- Able to execute work instructions independently
- 6 working days per week
Responsibilities:
Data Management & Integrity:- Maintain the Master Equipment List for the Group's machinery and assets.
- Regularly update asset information, including specifications, location, and operational status.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems and reports.
Performance & Health Monitoring:
- Track and record all repair and maintenance history for each asset.
- Develop and maintain a "Machine Health" scoring system based on downtime, repair frequency, and cost.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
Reporting & Analysis:
- Extract, clean, and analyse procurement and repair data from our ERP system.
- Create clear, concise, and visually effective reports and dashboards (using Excel and other tools) for Workshop Managers and Management.
- Provide monthly analysis on fleet performance, highlighting high-cost assets, ageing equipment, and maintenance trends.
Management Support:
- Provide data-driven insights to support critical business decisions on equipment disposal, sale, or trade-in.
- Assist workshop managers with administrative and reporting tasks related to fleet data.
- Act as the subject matter expert for all asset-related data.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Business/ IT/Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, asset management, or fleet administration- preferably within industries involving heavy machinery (e.g., construction, mining, logistics, manufacturing).
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in innovative data analytics are welcome to apply.
- Experience working with ERP systems for data extraction and reporting is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with asset management principles and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) concepts.
- A self-starter who can work independently and demonstrates strong initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to details.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager in the planning, design and day to day running of Geotechnical Engineering projects
- Prepare design calculations and technical drawings for the projects
- Determine operation requirements and assist Project Manager in preparing schedule
- Liaise with sub-contractors and consultants for the execution of works
- Ensure timely delivery of projects in accordance with schedule
- Update project records for reporting purposes and submission
- Attend site meetings and resolve technical/operational issues
- Undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by Project Manager relating to project execution
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant bored piling works experience in a similar capacity
- Fresh Graduates candidates may be considered
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment and have a passion in Foundation/Geotechnical Engineering works

Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations for piling works in a timely manner.
- Prepare and compile tender documents for submission.
- Respond promptly to general email enquiries relating to quotations.
- Communicate with clients via phone to gather necessary information and provide updates on main contractor tender progress.
- Perform general administrative duties, including preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in construction.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and perform well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Safety Procedure Development
- Propose and implement safety procedures in line with regulations and best practices.
- Regularly review and update these procedures to ensure continued compliance.
- Risk Management
- Conduct regular hazard assessments and risk evaluations.
- Develop mitigation strategies and ensure that identified risks are addressed promptly.
- Training and Education
- Provide ongoing safety training programs.
- Ensure staff, subcontractors, and supervisors are well-versed in safety protocols, emergency procedures, and regulations.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure that all safety operations comply with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and other regulatory safety standards.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to maintain compliance.
- Incident Investigation
- Lead accident/incident investigations to uncover root causes.
- Develop corrective actions and follow up to prevent recurrence.
- Communication and Reporting
- Maintain open communication channels regarding safety-related issues and be an active participant in safety committee meetings.
- Arrange safety time-out/tanks, toolbox meetings, and safety promotions/campaigns when required.
- Regularly submit report findings to management, including safety statistics and non-compliance issues.
- Engage Management on a daily, weekly, monthly and on need be basis by providing observations, findings, safety statistics, and forward targets.
- Emergency Preparedness
- Review and maintain emergency response plans onsite.
- Organize drills and ensure equipment readiness, ensuring that emergency equipment and procedures are in place and properly maintained, where required.
- Safety Program Evaluation
- Regularly assess the effectiveness of safety programs and recommend improvements.
- Provide monthly evaluations and engage management on safety matters.
- Safety Culture Promotion
- Encourage safety awareness and accountability at all levels of the organization.
- Foster a culture of proactive safety participation amongst our workforce on the ground through daily observations and safety campaigns.
- Compile all submission records, evaluate submissions, and recommend necessary actions to management regularly.
- Records Keeping
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of all safety-related documents including but not limited to incident reports, training documentation, and inspection records.
- Prepare detailed safety reports and maintain the company shared repository.
- Submit daily reports via text messages/emails.
- Submit a one-week look-ahead plan to management.
- Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new regulations.
- Lead initiatives for safety improvements based on current trends and regulations.
- Collaboration with External Parties
- Liaise with contractors, clients, consultants, and other external stakeholders on EHS matters, including attending calls and physical/online meetings.
- Ensure all parties comply with safety standards and regulations.
- Internal Coordination and Teamwork
- Work closely with internal teams, including Internal Management, Group EHS Manager, colleagues, and co-workers to manage day-to-day EHS issues.
- Coordinate multi-departmental activities to ensure safety across all projects.
- Leadership in EHS Committees
- Lead and actively participate in internal EHS committees.
- Actively sustain our practices in regular meetings, site walk inspections.
- Document and follow up on all EHS-related matters, ensuring compliance and timely resolution of non-compliance issues.
- Tabulate all EHS matters (innovations, inspections, improvements, investigations, documentations upkeep, and regulatory/client requirements) for EHS Committee discussions and action closure.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in WSH related disciplinary
- At least 8 years' relevant experience in safety, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations (e.g., MOM standards)
- Risk management expertise (identifying hazards, assessing risk, and creating mitigation plans)
- Excellent communication skills (with both internal staff and external stakeholders)
- Ability to lead safety audits and investigations into incidents
- Training and mentoring skills to foster a safety-first culture within the workforce
- Leadership and teamwork capabilities to manage multi-departmental EHS functions
